эмулятор Windows Phone тоже идет мимо проксей. может кто то решил такую проблему, пустить эмулятор через прокси?

IPv6 от socproxy не подходят тоже. буду пробовать эмулятор Windows Phone.

и какой у тебя датацентр? попробую тоже.

логи то смотрел. там ошибок много. через браузер естественно тоже чекал ай пи. ай пи реальный все время. 3.29 еще не скачал, надеюсь поможет
